I’m excited to start teaching our popular Home & Birth Center birth class series (also known as the Out-of-hospital class series) at The Birth Center, in Salt Lake City.
This 6-week series will include information on stages of labor, tools for your partner/spouse, comfort measures, labor positions, how to prepare mentally and physically for an unmedicated birth, as well as information on transfers, epidurals, and cesareans.
Plus, this series also includes information on immediate postpartum, newborn care, bringing home baby, and breastfeeding!
You will learn from an experienced doula and educator among other couples also preparing for a birth experience either in a birth center or at home.
